Indoor cycling or spinning class is much more difficult than it appears. Although it involves sitting down, but it is not as relaxing as it looks. There are various mistakes that you may unknowingly make when you are cycling which reduces the benefits you are supposed to get from working out on an indoor cycle. These common mistakes range from not seating properly on the cycle, improper seat height, peddling too fast, extension of arms, etc. All these small mistakes tend to affect your body in the long run. Also, in a bid to shape any part of the body, you need to follow a proper dietary regime and according to experts, you should eat more meals but smaller ones and avoid unsaturated fats. Here we mark out some common errors you tend to make while cycling indoors.

Leaning forward: If you are tired, you tend to lean forward due to gravity. Although it looks like there is no harm in leaning forward, but it damages your knee. Also, ensure that your body weight is over the saddle and you’re able to feel the nose of the saddle between your legs.
