Muscle Soreness

Muscle soreness for days: It is okay to have muscle soreness for a day or two after your workout. But if you have been sore for more than 72 hours, it is a sign that you overdid it. That is why it is important to ease into your exercise routine, increasing the time and intensity slowly over weeks instead of all at once.

Skin Infection

Skin infection: If you are working out too much, your body may have an allergic reaction to physical exertion or sweat, causing hives. Hives induced by exercise may vary in size and may look like red spots or blisters. It can occur anywhere in your body and like most hives, it is very itchy. Exercising in hot weather makes you more susceptible to this condition.
