Also, you have the scope of being creative while making your omelette in order to make it tastier. However, many of us end up adding a lot of calories while being creative with omelettes. But with these little tricks you can have a healthy and nutritious omelette with reduced calories.
Add on more veggies: If you like stuffed omelettes, add on vegetables rather than other unhealthy stuffing like cheese. This also adds to the fibre as well as vitamin content to your breakfast therefore making it more filling.
Choose the oil wisely: This is the most common mistake that we make while preparing our meals. Choose oils like coconut, mustard, or olive oil instead of butter or unhealthy vegetable oils. This reduces the amount of unhealthy fats in your omelette.
Add more protein to it: If you are the one looking to shed those extra kilos, add on more protein to it. Mushrooms or quinoa are good options to keep you full for a longer duration of time.
ake care of the seasoning: Add on seasonings that will amp up your metabolism. Cumin, paprika, pepper, etc. are good options.
