Yoga Poses For A Toned Butt

If you are trying to shed weight from your backside, look no further than this yoga sequence recommended by yoga expert Sunaina Rekhi. And if you have some extra time, you can do a few rounds of sun salutations to warm up.



Virabhadrasana III or Warrior III pose is great to tone your butt, inner thighs, hips, quadriceps, and glutes. Hold the position for 8-10 breaths and repeat on the other side.



Shalabhasana or locust pose provides a good stretch to your chest muscles while toning your hips and buttocks. Stay steady in this post for 30 seconds and repeat it twice.
