Reduce Salt

Did you know your daily salt intake should not be more than 5 grams? That means about one teaspoon. But chances are you are consuming more than this if you eat packaged or outside food. Apart from shunning those, add these herbs and spices to your meals when you cook. These will add flavour to your food which means you don’t need to add excess salt in it. Nutritionist Neha Chandna recommends adding these.

Chilli Flakes

Chilli flakes: These are made from dried red chillies and often come with pizzas and pastas. Not only will it improve your immunity but help you burn fat as well. Add a dash of it while cooking your veggies or meat.
