Refined Flour

Reduce your intake of processed and refined food--While all of us must try to reduce our intake of processed foods, Chef specially gave this tip for diabetics. He explained that sugar from processed foods get easily absorbed which can cause a sudden spike in the blood glucose level. So to avoid that, eat food that is rich in fibre as it releases sugar slowly and helps in maintaining blood sugar. Starvation

Do not stop eating while losing weight--Chef says that you should never starve yourself. When you starve your body goes into emergency mode and you start putting on weight the moment your start eating. Also, don't remove anything completely from your diet. Make sure your diet contains all the necessary elements. He also says that you should eat food that is locally produced and culturally relevant.

Microwave-oven

Air fryers are better than microwaves-- Air fryers are a pressurised convection technology and heat the food from outside. Microwaves on the other hand cook the food from inside out which is not the way we have been cooking for the longest time, they are bets avoided.

Don't Sleep Immediately After Dinner

Don't sleep immediately after dinner--You must avoid going to bed immediately after you have had your dinner. Try and eat a couple of hours before you hit the bed.
