Leafy Vegetables

Leafy vegetables: Whether you like leafy vegetables or not, monsoons are not the right time to eat them. As these vegetables are caked with mud, dirt and microbes, you are at a high risk of suffering from digestive problems. Say no to green veggies like cabbage, spinach and cauliflower this monsoon.
