The Scientific Seven Minute Workout

The Scientific 7-minute Workout isn’t a light workout for basic fitness, it is highly challenging and uses a combination of 12 exercises which give roughly the same benefits of prolonged endurance training. Each exercise is to be performed for 30 seconds, with 10 second breaks in between. The bulk of the rest comes from alternating between exercises that work on different parts of your body. For example, an upper body workout like a push-up could be followed by abdominal crunches which works on your core.

The Commercial Break Workout
