Burpees

Burpeess: A full body compound exercise, burpees is one of the toughest to perform. It’s great for your legs, abdomen and arms. It will really help in reducing your body fat. Try for 10 burpees in 60 seconds and it’s certain you will sweat those calories like a pig. Just stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend your knees with your hips pushed back in a squat position. Now place your hands directly in front of your body on the floor and shift your weight onto them. Now jump softly in a plank position.
