But her dedication to her body never wavered and she got back in shape pretty quickly after her two pregnancies. The model does free-style yoga which not only keeps her toned but also her organs in harmony. Last year, the supermodel posted a picture of herself and her 11-month-old daughter Vivian in a yoga pose.

The \'Friends\' star has been training with yogi, wellness expert and author Mandy Ingber for years. Aniston credits her trim and toned figure to the relaxing yet powerful practice. Even at the age of 44, the actress was confident enough to play the part of a stripper in her film \'We’re the Millers\'.
