NURTURING A FERTILITY SEED

Gen Z is known for their Pragmatic and Realistic behaviour in this fast-paced world. Their dedication towards their career goal is evident, but somewhere, they are misleading about their personal life goals. Their ultra-modern lifestyle is unknowingly affecting them. India is still trying to keep on with its tradition and culture, but Western culture has fixed its roots in the Gen Z mindset.

Children's Lifestyle

Today’s generation is more into clubbing than going to spiritual places. They prefer Western food over Indian healthy food, and they prefer smoking over meditation; they like alcohol over sattu sharbat. We can not entirely blame this modern culture; parents are equally responsible for their child's lifestyle. Parents should keep their eyes on their children's activity to know what's going on in their lives, not as detectives but as friends with whom they can easily share their smallest to most significant things.

Gen Z's Health

This modernized thinking of Gen Z is affecting their health as well as their peace of mind because their addiction towards hazardous drugs is making them internally weak and having a harsh consequence on women's health and a significant impact on their fertility.

Prioritize Nutrition

Eat whole grains and lean proteins. Try not to eat too many sugary and processed foods.

Parents Are Our Wishers

They will modify into any shape that you want them to mould into. Furthermore, children should respect and obey their elders and take their advice before making decisions. They are our support pillars, and we should rely on them for our smallest, most minor decisions. India is a country known for its diversification, tradition and culture. Youngsters should take this pride in the next generation.
