Indoor Air

Bed Sheets

Make sure you change your bedsheets and pillow covers at least twice a week. Also, regular washing of curtains and cleaning the blankets every month is a healthy way to prevent indoor air pollution.

Essential Oils

Use essential oils like cinnamon, thyme, eucalyptus, lemon and grapefruit which helps keep the home free from germs and purifies the air. You can even add these oils to soaps and detergents as it makes the air clean and fresh.

Do take off your shoes outside or at the entrance of the house to lower the risk of carrying dirt. Moreover, entering your house with shoes or slippers can also lead to high risk of carrying fungal spores, dust, pollen, industrial toxins and mites.
