Cauliflower

Did you know consumption of cauliflower helps boost memory and also strengthens bones? Dry-fruits

Rather than snacking on junk foods, when hungry, munch some dry fruits such as almonds, walnuts and pistas, as improves the memory. According to Dr Manish Gupta, an Alzheimer’s patient must not consume sesame seeds, dried tomatoes, pumpkin, butter, cheese, fried food, junk food, red meat, pastries and sweet as they might cause harm to them.

Brain-exercises

In addition to exercising daily or walking for few minutes every day, indulge in neurobic exercises which improve brain function. Activities namely reading, playing puzzles, socializing, creative games, etc. can be some of them. Meditation can improve the problem of memory loss in the patient.
