Ensure that the computer screen and the height of your eyes are at the same level. Also, the height of the chair should not be too low or too high.
Position your screen at an arm's length away, with the top of the screen at or just below eye level, to reduce strain on your neck and eyes. Additionally, consider adjusting the distance and angle of your screen to find the most comfortable viewing position.
The resting arm of the chair must be in accordance with height of the desk. This is because, your elbow must form a right angle when using a keyboard or a mouse.
Just like the hands, even your feet must rest on the floor. You can use a footrest to help your feet remain flat on the floor with knees folded at 90 degree.
It is better to use a mouse even when using a laptop. Also, when using one, make sure that there is enough space to move it.
Get up from your chair every 30 minutes. In addition to taking a break, stretch your arms and neck to lower the strain caused by constant sitting.
