When the small openings on your skin known as pores gets clogged with oil, bacteria and dead skin it turns into acne. High-sugar foods: If you are junk food lover, you are more likely to experience an acne breakout as the foods you eat outside contain high levels of sugar and carbohydrates.


Climate: High temperatures and humidity can often lead to excess oil production on your body which triggers an acne breakout.
