Headache

Headache: Migraine and work-related headaches are quite common and often tend to subside as you relax. However, if you experience frequent headaches, it’s time to take it seriously as it might be due to hypertension, stroke, meningitis, internal bleeding or repercussions of a head injury, as mentioned in the Journal of Neurological Science.

Fatigue

Excessive fatigue: Everyone feels tired after a long day at work that usually goes away as you hit bed. But if you feel fatigued for a long time, it could be due to anemia, depression or undiagnosed heart disease.

Hair-loss

Hair loss: Most women complain of hair loss but few consult a trichologist or an expert to know the exact cause. In severe cases, excessive hair fall is a sign of PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome), anemia, autoimmune diseases or thyroid disease, says Dr Shuba Dharmana, a celebrity hair transplant surgeon.

Body ache: Constant body ache needs special attention and should never be ignored, as it might indicate fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), osteoarthritis, excessive stress and nerve damage.
