Left side: If you are experiencing pain on the left side of your belly, there are chances that you are suffering from kidney stones. Go get a check up as soon as possible.

Right side: Pain on the right side of your belly can indicate a lot of things. Though, it majorly indicates appendicitis if the pain is below the umbilical level, in some women, it can also be an indicator for some severe problem in the ovaries.

Centre: Pain in the centre can mean stomach ulcer or gastritis. Visit a doctor immediately if the pain sustains for a long time.

Upper abdomen: Pain in the upper abdomen often is an indication of acidity. Try drinking a glass of cold milk or chew a small piece of ginger before you pop a pill. If the pain still doesn't subside, you know what to do. See a doctor immediately.

Lower abdomen: Lower abdomen pain can be an indicator of bladder infection, cyst or urinary tract infection. Women who are menstruating also often experience lower abdomen pain.
