Hair Removal Creams

Hair removal creams: It is great to be smooth and hairless down there, but not by using hair removal creams, as it might leave abrasions in the area -- increasing your risk of infections. Soap

Perfumed soaps: Scented soaps are undoubtedly not a hygienic way to keep your vagina clean, as they often contain chemicals that make you susceptible to infections down there. And yes, instead of using sprays to combat a smelly vagina, consult a gynaecologist.

Lubricants

Lubricants: Oil-based lubricants are harder to wash off and in turn act as a breeding ground for bacteria. This can also lead to tampering latex condom, when you use it, increasing your risk of pregnancy or STDs (sexually transmitted diseases). To avoid this, use silicon-based or water-based lubricants.

Body Piercing

Body art/dye/decoration: Right from colouring the hair down there with a dye to decorating your vagina or going for a body art, most people tend to commit these mistakes. If you were planning for body art or piercing, please ditch the idea right now!

Surgery

Tightening creams or surgery: Want to feel like a virgin again and planning to get vaginal rejuvenation surgery or use tightening creams? Beware of undergoing surgery or using any creams to tighten vagina as it increases your risk of various diseases like HIV, bacterial or skin infections.
