Although it goes without saying, watch what you eat. As you age, you will need to take extra care of your body. Eating a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids, fibres and calcium is a must for your uterine health.

No Smoking

For a healthy uterus, ditch the cigarette. Studies point to a direct connection between cigarette smoking and decreased oestrogen stimulation, which ultimately leads to infertility in women. [1]
