Fenugreek is a wonder herb. It has so many therapeutic and culinary uses that Indian homes can't do without it. Also known in Hindi as methi, fenugreek is used for a wide variety of traditional treatment methods. But too much of a good thing can be bad and that also applies to fenugreek.
