Bone fracture is basically the medical definition of a broken bone. It occurs when your bone is unable to take the pressure or physical applied on it. If you suffer from a bone fracture, you will experience intense pain in the affected part of your body and in some cases, you may faint from the pain it can cause. According to a new study published in the journal BMJ, researchers revealed that if you are suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), you are more likely to suffer from a hip fracture and every major osteoporotic fracture. Exercises-1

Less exercise: Exercising helps you keep your bone and overall health in good condition. However, if you follow a sedentary lifestyle and you don’t workout regularly, you are putting your bones in danger of getting injured. Staying inactive may cause stiffness in your bones which makes them easy to break.

Quitting-smoking-1-1

Smoking: Experts in the field suggest that the prime age to develop bone mass is from childhood to 30 years and if you start smoking during teenage, you will end up with low bone mass and a smaller skeleton as compared to those who don’t smoke. Low bone mass will make you prone to injuries that can lead to a fracture.
