Hypothyroidism is an underactive thyroid condition in which it doesn’t produce enough of certain crucial hormones. Beans Being a great source for sustained energy, beans can be helpful if hypothyroidism leaves you feeling drained. They are also high in fiber, which can be beneficial for you if you suffer with constipation, a common side effect of hypothyroidism.
