Omega 3-natural Remedies-THS

Omega-3 fatty acids: Around 70 adult patients suffering from persistent depression were given 1 gm of omega-3 fatty acids for 12 weeks. Researchers found that 53% of them showed noticeable improvement in their mood as there was a significant decrease in experiences feelings of depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts among them [5]. You can add flaxseeds and walnuts to your diet as one quarter of a cup of each contains 6.3 g and 2.7 g of omega-3 respectively.
