Water is the most avoidable nutrient in such a hectic schedule. Get enough sleep: According to several studies, those who get less sleep have more frequent and severe headaches. Also, getting too much sleep can trigger headaches. Therefore, it is important to get adequate sleep of 6 to 8 hours.
