Exercise: It will help in boosting the strength and stretching muscles which will reduce the inflammation in your joints. The movement will also boost the effects of synovial fluid, that helps in lubricating your joints which lessens your pain.

Epsom salt: Epsom salt can help you to reduce the inflammation on your skin. Soak your joint for 15 minutes in warm water mixed with Epsom salt, the magnesium sulphate in the salt will help you to reduce your joint pain.
