A study published in the journal Molecular Medicine Reports suggests that chamomile contains a compound called apegign that can relax your muscles and help you sleep. Just brew a cup of chamomile tea by adding 2-3 teaspoons of chamomile tea leaves in a cup of water. Allow it to infuse for 2-3 minutes, strain and enjoy your warm cup of tea.
