Cheese and other dairy products can cause diarrhea especially in lactose intolerant people. While milk doesn’t cause loose motions for people who aren’t lactose intolerant, consuming too much cheese at a time makes it difficult to digest which could lead to loose motions especially in patients suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
