Without which, standing up straight, walking and practically performing any physical activity would be unthinkable. While we are advised to eat our greens and drink milk for strong bones from a very young age, nobody told us what we should NOT have to maintain bone health. Coffee and tea: While the beverages themselves may not be bad, it is the caffeine content that is the villain. Any drink containing caffeine can be bad news for your bones, be it coffee, tea or colas. Study says that caffeine reduces bone mineralisation, making bones more susceptible for fracture and osteoporosis. Decaffeinated drinks can be a good substitute. [7]

Nightshade Bad For Bones

Nightshade vegetables: This includes brinjal, tomatoes, potatoes and peppers. They belong to the controversial nightshade group of vegetables, which is also known as Solanaceae.
