Group Scientist, Medical & Technical Affairs, Dr YongChiat Wong, P&G Health – India, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East shares four things to help you get a good night's sleep:
Use Epsom salt: You MUST soak your feet in lukewarm water in a bucket to relax your muscles and tissues. Don't forget to add some Epsom salt to the water used for soaking your feet.
Another lifestyle cause of spinal injury is inadequate rest and the tools that help enable such rest. A comfortable sleep is required for our body to refresh and be nourished; hence, investing in the right mattress is often needed to help enable a good night’s sleep and a pleasant sleeping experience.
Say No to those daytime naps: Opting for naps during daytime can make it more difficult for you to hit the sack. In case, you feel like taking a nap, then limit it to half-an-hour.
Cut down on your screen-time: You should avoid accessing computer, mobile or any other electronic device, before sleeping. This is so because the blue light which is emitted from it can disrupt melatonin production and make it difficult for you to fall asleep.
