Learn to count your carbs--Watch the amount of carbohydrates you are eating. Eats foods that are high in fibre such as fruits and vegetables. Eat carbohydrates that have a low glycemic index. You can eat singhara, kuttu (buckwheat) flour, cholai laddo, and samak rice.
