Drink More Water

Drink more water: If you have been lazed about your water intake throughout your life, now is the time to religiously drink six to eight glasses of water daily and limit your alcohol intake. Include more tomatoes in your diet: Tomatoes and tomato products are rich in lycopene a powerful anti-cancer nutrient so include them in your diet too.
