Put Anything In Mouth

Do not put anything in the person's mouth: Placing keys in the hands of a person having a seizure or making them smell onion is what most people do, which can be accepted. However, never try to put anything in the mouth of the person as it can do more harm than good.

Do Not Move

Do not try to move the person unless the person is in danger: We tend to move a person from the place of attack to a safe place fearing injury. However, you should not do unless the person is at risk of injury. Moreover, you can place the person in the recovery position (on one side) once the seizure is over but avoid moving unless needed.  Also Read - Sleep as an Escape: Why you sleep more when life feels overwhelming
