Easy fatigue and exhaustion when trying to do any physical activity: If you suddenly find yourself unable to run the same distance which you generally run with ease and tend to get tired very easily, then get yourself checked. It can be a sign of your heart is not actively pumping blood throughout your body. If a good night sleep hasn’t been able to get rid of the exhaustion seek medical help.
