Foot-cream

Apply urea and lactic acid to keep your feet soft and supple. As corns and calluses cause the skin hard and thick, applying this mixture not only removes the dead skin but also exfoliates the feet.

Walking-barefoot

Avoid walking barefoot or walking in chappal outdoors as you might be prone to injury. Hence, diabetics are always advised to wear fully covered shoes.
