Fever

Fever and fatigue: Fever is one of the first symptoms that indicates something is wrong with the body. However, if you feel fatigued and have high-temperature more often than not along with other symptoms of IBD, do consult a doctor.

Blood-in-stool

Blood in the stool: In more severe cases, you might also experience blood in the stool. Hence, loose stools and abdominal cramps could indicate that your digestive tract is not functioning well and might be a sign of IBD.

Loss-of-appetite

Reduced appetite: As the digestive tract is inflamed, there are chances that it might prevent you from eating. Also, eating foods that trigger the inflammation can make things worse. This further causes you to eat less, causing reduced appetite. Also Read - Common Ingredients that Can Harm Your Skin Over Time
