Extreme temperature: Yes, severe fluctuations in the temperature can cause allergic sneezing. Be it hot and humid temperature during summers or extremely cold weather during winters or staying in AC room for long hours, this can cause allergic rhinitis.

Fragrance: When it comes to fragrance, it is not just perfumes or air purifiers but also agarbattis and scented candles that can land you in trouble with severe sneezing. So it is wise to know the trigger beforehand to avert worsening of the condition.

Paints: Most people do not know that even a slight smell of paints (even nail paints) can lead to allergic reaction and sneezing in people at risk of allergy. So if you are painting your home, it is wise to wear a mask and avoid going to the room till the smell subsides.

Please pay attention to its colour and cleanliness. Trees and plants can be planted. Try to have green or blue colour on the walls.
