Allergy to nuts, sour foods and seafood is quite common which leads to skin symptoms like rashes, redness of eyes and itching. But there are a few causes which can lead to allergic rhinitis or sneezing when you smell or inhale something, says Dr Rohit Batra, Dermatologist, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi. Here we bring the common causes of allergic sneezing to help you deal with it.



Fragrance: When it comes to fragrance, it is not just perfumes or air purifiers but also agarbattis and scented candles that can land you in trouble with severe sneezing. So it is wise to know the trigger beforehand to avert worsening of the condition.



Pollen: If you have lots of greenery around your place or plants and trees near your place, then there is a high chance that constant sneezing could be due to the pollen. It is quite a common cause of allergy in India, hence check your surroundings.
