You Need Brighter Reading Light

You need brighter reading light: If your reading light does not seem bright enough, you can turn on a reading light or an overhead lamp. If you need more light, it could be a sign that you need glasses. This can become more prevalent as you age.

Tired Eyes

Tired eyes: If tired eyes are a persistent problem, especially after activities like driving and reading, you must consult an optician and get your eyes checked. Healthy eyes should not feel strained.

Holding Book Too Close Or Too Far

Holding a book too close or too far: The way you hold a book can also say a lot about the health of your eyes. If you are nearsighted, you will tend to bring the book towards your face or hold it about a foot away at max. If you are far-sighted, you might hold the book at an arm’s length.
