The study accounted for 3,000 children who took a nap in the noon. These kids reported less behavioural issues and better academic performance among other benefits. Increases creativity: Before your kid goes to learn a new activity or even for a language class, ensure that he gets nap before attending that class. Brains of habitual nappers noted better motor learning as compared to those who do not take naps, says a study published in the journal Biological Physiology.
