It is not that hard to believe that a cold-like infection can make you feel like vomiting in the morning. Infection in the sinus membranes put pressure on your inner ear that sometimes might result in dizziness and that further can make you feel like vomiting. Sometimes the bad odour coming from the infected mucus can also make us nauseous.

You Could Be Dehydrated

Hard to imagine but yes dehydration can make you feel like vomiting. When a person is low on water, then it is common to wake up with light-headedness, dry skin, sunken eyes, dark urine and other such symptoms. The effects of dehydration can be felt the highest in the morning when the time gap between you taking the last sip of water and waking up is large. For this reason, you might feel like vomiting.
