Use tea tree oil: Having powerful anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties, tea tree oil is effective fighting the specific strain of fungus that can cause both dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. It is also used to treat ailments ranging from acne to psoriasis.
Coconut Oil: Among its various health benefits, treating dandruff is one. It can help improve skin hydration and prevent dryness, which are known to worsen dandruff. According to doctors, it also helps in the treatment of eczema that contributes to dandruff.
Apply Aloe Vera: Due to its antibacterial and antifungal properties, aloe vera can effectively help protect against dandruff. Also, it controls fungal infections and reduce inflammation.
Apple Cider Vinegar: The acidity of apple cider vinegar helps stimulate the shedding of dead skin cells on the scalp. Also, balancing the skin pH, it reduces the growth of fungus and thus fight dandruff.
