Diseases such as diabetes, cancer, heart attack or skin problems, etc. are self-explanatory about the health quality of the affected individual. When diagnosed with such conditions and diseases, affected individuals make a conscious effort to change their poor health and lifestyle habits to restore the lost balance. When your body is in trouble it tries to give warning signals and signs in some or other forms which we as humans have a high tendency of ignoring as nothing. Changes In Handwriting

Changes in handwriting: Early warning sign of Parkinson’s is when you notice your handwriting getting much smaller. Parkinson’s disease occurs when nerve cells of your brain become damaged or die off. They stop producing adequate amount of dopamine, a chemical that sends signal to produce movements, which results in stiffness in hands and fingers, which affects your handwriting. Loss of smell along with really intense dreams in which you thrash, kick, and punch during sleep, are other two early red flags of Parkinson’s. Poor Sleeping Patterns

You sleep poorly: Your stress hormone cortisol drops at night, allowing your body to sleep and recover. When you suffer from insomnia, there are chances that your cortisol levels are high at night. As a result, your body’s fight or flight response get activated, which results in flipping your body’s self-repair mechanism.

Random bursts of anger: Sudden bursts of anger can be the warning signs of suffering from depression. Yes, that’s correct. Depression by default does not mean that you will only mop around hopelessly or weeping or lying lifelessly on your couch. Most depressed individuals show signs of irritability and anger.
