Popping an antacid every time you have acidity is not a good idea. These antacids though are effective but can have side-effects if used for a prolonged period of time. That is why opting for a natural remedy to combat acidity becomes necessary. While it might be a little uncomfortable to eat any kind of food when you are experiencing acidity but sipping on some beverages that can neutralise the acid seems like a good idea.
