Use milk: If you are not lactose intolerant make a cup off coffee for yourself by using cow’s milk. Compared to other alternatives it is high in protein and contain many nutrients along with calcium. Other alternatives like almond, soy or other nut or grain milk lack potassium, phosphorus and riboflavin that is present in cow’s milk.
