What Is Diabetic Retinopathy?
Diabetic retinopathy is a problem associated with eyes mostly found in people with diabetes. It can happen when tiny blood vessels in the back of the eye get damaged. Initially you might not feel anything or may have little issues with the vision but it could lead to blindness if it gets worse. This issue can happen with anyone with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. The longer you have the issue the higher is the chance of getting eye problems.
