As Per Recent ICMR Data

Deaths due to heart-related issues have increased by more than 50%, and diets high in trans-fat and saturated fats are types of fats which are a significant cause of Heart Disease.

Trans-fat Intake

Therefore, it is advised that trans-fat intake be kept to less than 1% respectively. Therefore, a diet consisting of dairy products, eggs, meat, chicken, fish, tofu, soybeans, hemp seeds, and pistachios is recommended to meet daily protein requirements.

Coffee In Higher Doses

As per research, it is not advisable in higher doses. Also, caffeine consumed in the latter half has been shown to affect sleep quality and is one of the essential pillars of health.

Intermittent Fasting
