Are You Really Healthy?

Every woman experiences cramps, PMS, bloating and heavy bleeding during periods. Some people have it worse than the rest. These symptoms are common but these do not say that we are one hundred per cent healthy. A lot of factors from our lifestyle habits induce and exacerbate these symptoms which otherwise could be easily kept in check.

Our Overall Health Impacts Our Fertility Also

Fertility health is an insight into how our overall health is doing.

Detox Drinks For Liver Health

The liver is the organ in our body which is responsible for flushing out toxins on a daily basis. Toxins which it is not able to flush out create a hormonal imbalance which also can affect a woman’s cycle. Dandelion root tea is a healthy beverage that supports liver detoxification.

Take Care Of Your Mental Health

Women's fertility health and menstrual health is also largely dependent on mental health. A stress free, happy life will automatically reduce the symptoms of cramps, heavy and irregular bleeding, PMS, etc.

Keep Your Blood Sugar In Check

Eat plenty of protein, carbs and fat within 30 minutes of waking up. And ideally we should eat every 3 to 4 hours to keep our blood sugar level steady. Steady blood sugar level helps balance hormones and in turn supports a healthy cycle.

Other Do's And Don'ts For A Healthy Cycle

Limit hydrogenated oils, seeds and nuts. Some of these foods are healthy but they are foods that promote estrogen production in the body which is not healthy for our cycle. Eat a raw carrot salad everyday to promote estrogen detoxification.
