Food Sources Of Choline

Choline is found in foods such as vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, beans) nuts, soybean oil, meat, fish, chicken and eggs. Choline can be obtained from food additives and dietary supplements including soy lecithin, phosphatidylcholine, choline chloride, CDP-choline, alpha-GPC and betaine.

Side Effects Of Too Much Choline

The maximum limit for recommended choline daily intake is 3,500 mg per day for adults. It is unlikely to reach this level unless someone is taking supplements in large doses.
