Vegetables: To introduce your kid with veggies, nothing can be better than a mashed potato. You just need to make sure that the potato is boiled well and mashed properly. After completion of seven months of your baby, start feeding them with other vegetables like carrot, bottle gourd, pumpkin, and tomatoes. Soups: When you baby is around 8 months old, start making vegetable soups for him. Firstly, boil the veggies and mash them properly. Now, strain out the clear liquid with the help of strainer.
