Ensure to use the right product to wash your body. Look for options that contain salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Use it for atleast 2-3 times in a week to unclog pores.
Avoid wearing tight clothes as they trap sweat and oil, which can lead to breakouts of body acne. Wear loose and breathable cotton clothes to prevent acne.
Dirty bedsheets and pillow cases collect oil and bacteria, which can cause other skin health issues beside body acne. Hence, ensure to wash your linens weekly to stay acne-free.
Use only non-comedogenic body lotions, as most of it are oil-free moisturizer that reduces pore blockage and inflammations.
Avoid squeezing your body acne, it is the best way to reduce scarring and worsen inflammation.
