Biting Dry Lips

Lip biting: Avoid peeling off the dead skin from the lips as it can lead to injury and an infection thereafter. Resist the temptation to lick dry lips. Whenever you feel the dryness, sip some water and apply a lip balm. Licking tends to dry off the lips more as the saliva evaporates.

Matte Lipstick Tip

Avoid matte lipsticks: These lipsticks not only dry lips out due to lack of moisture but also make chapped lips evident. Exfoliate your lips the night before applying the matte shade to smoothen out cracks or dead skin on the lips. Also Read - Menstrual Cycle And Periods: Why It Might Be Wrong To Use The Terms Interchangeably
